RIYADH: The Saudi Ministry of Health’s Adaa Center was awarded a global recognition certificate by Sterling International, the international partner of the Baldrige Alliance, in acknowledgment of the center’s progress in applying institutional excellence methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and elevating organizational performance.

This achievement makes the Adaa Health Center the first healthcare organization in the world to receive this recognition under the Sterling Collaborative Management Assessment program. The award was presented at the 34th Sterling Leadership Conference in Florida.

The center plays a pivotal role in advancing the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of healthcare services across the Kingdom by monitoring the performance of healthcare facilities, producing analytical reports, and overseeing operational improvement initiatives.
